Some reasons

1) a lot of people have votes in their home towns including both TG and AP voters, this time more than normal AP voters preferred to vote in AP

2) people move, at least last 10 years la  old tenants of ours who moved long back are still on the voters list

3) local elections ki unnanta interest MP elections undadu

overall if it says 50%-60%  in actual or normalized list could be 70-80% and if it is 40% in actual could be actual 60%
