Em unte adi, US lo California is very veggie friendly. Even otherwise, there are a lot of options.

No breakfast ... coffee latho kadupu nimpukunta... 12 ki lunch ... brown rice + quinoa + any curry ... 3 ki ala  fruits thinta ... evening 6 ki vocchaka brocolli+carrots+beans+caauliflower udikeskoni thinta... 7 ki Konchem geek yogurt... idhi ... inni thintunna rojuki less than 1200 calories :(

Lentils usually, I get a lot of soup. Sometimes tofu. Depends.

Breakfast - PB with bread, bagels, cereal, oats

lunch and dinner - InDiAN food, chipotle, subway, Panera bread
