I usually make my own. But yeah, lettuce tomato and pepper este Edo oka sandwich avtundu, cheese and avacado add cheste better untundi.

I usually eat lunch ( Not indian) out as i dont eat left overs and prepare dinner ( usually dosas, idly , pesarattu , pongal , panner sandwiches and some times rice or pulavs or fried rice  with curries) .  I have no sweet tooth so no candy, no fruits nothing sweet. Nuts and haldirams junk koncham pettukunta  in office to munch around 3 PM. Thats it !

Trader Joe's lo frozen food section try cheyandi. I know it's not healthy, but tons of options. Especially if you are running short on time. Summer ostundi kabatti, akkada masala burgers chala bavuntayi grill loki.

Tofu Fry 

Buffalo Cauliflower (baked in oven) 

Office time lo:

Black Bean burger from WhichWich

Zoe’s Kitchen Hummus Trio + Falafel 

Literally too much to say in one post. If you have willingness there are tons of options.
