They r international players bro - they shd change accordingly to the format...

WI - they r known for selfgoals,  burra pettakunda aaduthuntaaru.

SA - loosing first 3 games made a big impact on them.

India ki IPL help ayindhi bro... 

I think WI lo full natural talented players unnaru... problem is, they are not playing as a team, cohesively.  May be, group politics is the reason. And the same goes with SA, but their politics are a touch higher, which are at race level. But still, IPL is catering to the financial needs of Individual players and encouraging their reckless attitude. Thus, no one has a need to strive for a place in their national team.

On the other hand, NZ is the best example for a contrary case.
