It is like dating, where everyone puts their dress, make up, etc. Once you have the girl in your bag, you show your vishwarupam: farting, not taking shower, not brushing, etc. WITCH companies don't mind doing the first project for loss, and they will also deliver it. After that, you can see troubles. Your company should consult contract lawyers dealing with outsourcing or any outsourcing specialists.
