snoww Posted April 21, 2019 Report Posted April 21, 2019 వెలగపూడి టు హైదరాబాద్ బంజారాహిల్స్ రోడ్ నంబర్ 7లో అధికారిక నివాసం, క్యాంప్ ఆఫీస్ దీని పేరిట ప్రతి నెలా రూ.లక్ష ఇంటి అద్దె బిల్లు పొందుతున్న వైనం టీడీపీ నేత దేవేందర్గౌడ్ తనయులకు చెందిన శ్రీ వెంకటేశ్వర మల్టీఫ్లెక్సెస్ సంస్థదీ ఇదే చిరునామా.. ఒకే భవనానికి రెండు అద్దెలు.. దీని వెనుక మతలబు ఏమిటో.. సాక్షి, అమరావతి: ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ శాసనసభ స్పీకర్ కోడెల శివప్రసాదరావు నివాసం ఎక్కడ? రాష్ట్ర రాజధాని అమరావతిలోనా? తెలంగాణ రాజధాని హైదరాబాద్లోనా? ప్రస్తుతం ఆయన ప్రాతినిధ్యం వహిస్తున్న సత్తెనపల్లిలోనా? మరెక్కడైనానా? ఇదే విషయాన్ని అధికారులను అడిగితే కొందరు గుంటూరులో అని, మరికొందరు నరసరావుపేటలో కోట (కోడెల భవనాన్ని నరసరావుపేట వాసులు కోట అని అంటారు)లో అని, ఇంకొందరు సత్తెనపల్లిలో అని చెబుతున్నారు. ‘కోడెల ఎక్కువగా గుంటూరులో ఉంటూ తరచూ నరసరావుపేటలోని కోటకు, సత్తెనపల్లిలోని ఇంటికి వెళ్లి వస్తుంటారు. సెటిల్మెంట్లు ఉంటే మాత్రం కోటకే పిలిచి ‘సెటిల్’ చేస్తుంటారు. ‘మా నాయకుని కోట సెటిల్మెంట్లకూ కోటే’ అని కోడెల అనుచరులు, టీడీపీ కార్యకర్తలు చెబుతున్నారు. మరి హైదరాబాద్ బంజారాహిల్స్ రోడ్ నెంబర్ –7లో ఇరాన్ కాన్సులేట్ సమీపంలోని ఇంటి నెంబర్ 8–2–503ను కోడెల శివప్రసాదరావు అధికారిక నివాసం, కమ్ క్యాంపు ఆఫీసుగా ప్రకటించినట్లు సాధారణ పరిపాలన శాఖ 2017, మే 4న జీవో నెంబర్ 994 జారీ చేసింది. స్పీకర్ అధికారిక నివాసం నిమిత్తం ఈ ప్రైవేటు భవనానికి ప్రతి నెలా రూ.లక్ష అద్దె చెల్లిస్తున్నట్లు ఉత్తర్వుల్లోనూ పేర్కొంది. కోడెలకే ఎరుక స్పీకర్ అధికారిక నివాసం, క్యాంప్ ఆఫీస్ పేరుతో కోడెల శివప్రసాదరావు ప్రతి నెలా అద్దె బిల్లు తీసుకుంటున్న చిరునామాలోని భవనంలోనే శ్రీ వెంకటేశ్వర మల్టీఫ్లెక్సెస్ ప్రైవేటు లిమిటెడ్ అనే సంస్థ కార్యాలయం ఉన్నట్లు రికార్డుల్లోనూ, ఆ సంస్థ వెబ్సైట్లోనూ ఉంది. ఆ సంస్థ రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ కూడా ఇదే చిరునామాతో ఉండటం గమనార్హం. 2007 సెప్టెంబర్ 21న అన్లిస్టెడ్ ప్రైవేటు కంపెనీగా నమోదైంది. 2018, సెప్టెంబర్ 29న వార్షిక సర్వసభ్య సమావేశం జరిగినట్లు కూడా ఈ సంస్థ తన వెబ్సైట్ లో పేర్కొంది. ఈ సంస్థ డైరెక్టర్లుగా వినయేందర్ గౌడ్ తూళ్ల, విజయేందర్ గౌడ్ తూళ్ల వ్యవహరిస్తున్నారు. వీరు ఉమ్మడి ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్లో హోంమంత్రిగా పనిచేసిన టీడీపీ నేత దేవేందర్గౌడ్ తనయులు కావడం గమనార్హం. దీంతో ఈ భవనాన్ని శ్రీ వెంకటేశ్వర మల్టీఫ్లెక్సెస్ అద్దెకు తీసుకుందా? ఒకే భవనానికి ఇటు ఈ సంస్థ, అటు ఏపీ ప్రభుత్వం అద్దెలు చెల్లిస్తున్నాయా? అనే అనుమానాలు వ్యక్తమవుతున్నాయి. ఇది నిజమైతే మాత్రం తీవ్ర నేరమవుతుంది. ఈ విషయమై అధికారులను సంప్రదించగా ఈ వ్యవహారం తమకు తెలియదని, స్పీకర్ కోడెల అధికారిక నివాసంగా దీన్ని ప్రకటించి అద్దె పొందుతున్నారని తెలిపారు. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో ఇందులో నిజనిజాలేమిటో కోడెల స్పష్టత ఇవ్వాల్సి ఉంటుందని ఒక సీనియర్ రాజకీయ నేత వ్యాఖ్యానించారు. But this is a small example which shows how much wasteful spending they are doing one side , and crying on other side saying AP is deficit state and center not giving money. Quote
