Universities lo join avuthe, I need to revoke my present H1B and university needs to file a non profit H1B. Nothing is easy...but that shouldn’t stop us from making an attempt

phd kosam job okay chestunnav you might have a competitive edge in getting an admit but doing a full time PhD while having a job as associate prof is not easy. 

First of all you cannot call yourself as an associate prof coz that needs a PhD. You might as well join the university as an adjunct faculty or as an instructor not an associate prof level.

Yes it will be a Non-Profit H1B exempt category.. They can file it anytime of the year... which is a Plus..... But for the University to Award you a PhD while you are on a H1B there are implications bro ... Enduku ante minimum credits and research hours and etc etc.... I know it changes from University to University ....Try finding it out .....  If there is a path please do post... Interested in knowing and pursuing ...

I have two master’s degrees. One in computer sciences...earlier, I have a PG Dilpoma , followed by Masters and three years relative experience. That one is not in IT but a different stream., a stream which many people don’t even have an idea or can’t event hunk of pursuing.

Like said previously, not every university expects you to have a PH.D, although they desire.

My field is entirely different than most people here are....
