Without having approval you cannot amend. H1 pick ayyi approve ayye varuku wait chesi cheyyali. Pick avvagane you can still amend but there is a risk. You can always send additional document but amendment is whole new equation because you have to file new LCA, approved petition details to tell what are you really filing amendment for.
