Their work culture is very bad and doesn't really care employees. I had a friend who took FT and moved out in less than an year.  Contractor kuda oka atanu telusu paripoyadu he said they dont even value contractor.  Work culture balekunda hard to work kada? Roju ki 9-10 hrs of day time akkada untam infact more than at home akkada comfortable and happy ga undadam very important no? C2C aite move avvachu kani FT ante anta privilege undadu with all this immigration headaches. I would avoid such places when i know i can get a better opportunity.  Mana deggara talent unnappudu why to go to such places?
