For instance, our team does Java development, kubernetes, dockers, ELK config and developers will do everything. But  bigger orgs lo role segregation untadhi, so evadi team lo vadi tech matrame role scope. Manam chusevi anni nijam kadu. Nuvvu non-code anukunna one or other way they will make you accountable.

    I want to be on C2C till i get married eppudu GC i cant restart and again place move avvalsi vaste i cant quit a FT. I want to be able to move on DAY 1 after my wedding to my husband's place even if it will take to quit my job and find a new one again.
