Can you chnage registration without title ?  You cant in some states . Loan lekapote title kuda marchali adi 5-6% of present rate of car untundi which varies by state. Correct me if i am wrong. Nenu cheyinchali from VA to UT but malla title fee kattali ani cheyinchatledu

Nenu chala sarlu cheppa ippude vacha ani and eppudu cheyinchaledu or undaledu in same state as registration except last year. Picha light amma. Ippudu kuda VA lo 200$ per year property tax kattali loudon county ki anduke thinking to change
