Friend died for taking over counter medicines

To those fake pakodis please search additional dosage of  acetaminophen over dosage liver problems u come to know thanks. 

On nyquil it clearly states about the acetaminophen content and warns to be careful if taking any other otc with acetaminophen

this looks so scary bhayya, I normally take tylenol or nyquil whenever I have fever, I mean not over dosage,  appatiki kuda taggaledu ante I defenitely see a doctor , this is like alarm to me

Over dosage ante enta ? 4000 mg per day vesukovachu acetaminophen . Thats almost like 20 tablets per day.  Nenu recently bane vesukunna for couple of days  when my tooth was extracted and had braces next hour . What made him take more than that ?

Even Ibuprofen lantivi vesukoni drive cheyaddu antadu as reflex sarigga work kadu ani but seriously em anta undadu. Its just a precaution.

Thanks for info friend. Not sure, By the time we talked to TANA   his parents left to india to prepare for things. So , TCS is helping to take care rest of things.
