As per your logic, Bay area lo $1M house is totally reasonable antava because it got everything? ippude common man kone la levu annav, same noti tho akkada emi undi antha pettadaniki antunnav.

no one wants to keep money at home for fear of being notes banned , or at banks since there are more checks now and also hard to withdraw cash.

So people are flooding money into real estate
