Even majority of proposed one's in PPTs are also outside of Amaravati. Its mostly universities and government buildings so far. So Why do you guys expect it will have growth like Hyderabad in future to justify such rates hike ? This is not a mock post. Just want to know what and how people are expecting the growth to happen in Amaravati CBN says Amaravati will be home to lakh's of new people in future. what will they do there if companies are being distributed all over AP ?
