phatposts Posted May 21, 2019 Report Share Posted May 21, 2019 ATT Has an online arbitration method. Use the process to send paperwork in writing to ATT office via registered USPS mail. It works like a charm. Few years ago when they had a scammy $0.61 administrative fee levied on all post paid accounts, I followed the process listed on slickdeals and sent an arbitration notice.
