ATT has messed up and I'm not getting BOGO offer to one of the device...Its going on since 6 months and each month they will say issue will be resolved, but it aint..Its in group plan so I can't skip paying the bill.. How do I take it seriously as I'm tired spending 1-2 hrs every month waiting for the bill and issue not getting resolved ..

Am in same boat, not worth Of my time anpichindhi(I used to spend hours every month explaining everything to each representative for 6 months) Lite theeskunna

Worst customer service I've seen ever, okadu case create chesi resolved you will receive credit from next month antadu. Inkokadu you do not qualify Antadu.

ATT Has an online arbitration method. Use the process to send paperwork in writing to ATT office via registered USPS mail.

It works like a charm. Few years ago when they had a scammy $0.61 administrative fee levied on all post paid accounts, I followed the process listed on slickdeals and sent an arbitration notice. A month later - all 5 lines in the family plan were released from the 2 year contract and we also got $500 in ATT credit.
