How can I work for both legally with 1 ammenmdemnt ?

both can file for H-1B assuming both employers are aware and okay.

 

you will however have to answer how you can be in 2 states at the same time.

you are legally allowed to work two jobs if i'm not wrong, you just need to file two petitions one for each client and make sure LCA filed to the location wherever you are, if you have home office then you need LCA to that house address.

I think you can give primary and secondary locations on LCA

or ask employer to depoist cash in indian bank or here to friends ala cheya vachu chala unnai le .... but client letter and ani docs correct unna longterm project ki h1 ammend chesukoo..... for 3 yrs visa vasthadi .....

yes , you dont need to menction virginia remote project . keep your residence same MSA as in your LCA ( Minnesota ).in case you loose MN job you can still continue to work for 2nd one with out amendment
