Correct..that is exactly my plan..but my lawyer is saying she can't run two payrolls with two states ..so only way is to file amendment for one and drop other.

 

1. My remote location h1 is good till Dec 2021 but ends in december

 

2. My new onsite job client letter only till Dec 2019 but will be xtended. I am worried my amendment will not be approved till 2021.

3. New jobs are always tricky. Last year I went onsite and after one month they removed me because theyl client blocked funding for my position for some confusion

 

4.  Current remote job I been working for past 8 years but every 6 more than extension ki kallu gaddam pattukovali

 

Every 6 months extension ki 3 months mundu nunchi begging seyali..tired of begging and uncertainity

You should do LCA in both places . You can legally work for multiple clients through same employer .

tell your attorney that you are physically working from home . your work location is your home . if she does not get it then change your attorney.

employer run paychecks based on state where you live in /work. work location does not have to be headquarters of the company  . 

with respect to immigration you need to work in location specified in LCA .
