These are all normal wear and tear, which maintenance manual lists.

Tires can last from 40K to 70K

Battery lasts 3 to 4 years; alternator can last 5 years

Brakes last 20K, you can even push them to 40K, in which case you end up replacing rotors, or even brake calipers when seized. This is a perfect example of not replacing brakes every 20K or so. Otherwise, you end up replacing rotors/disks (those iron disks you can see), along with calipers that hold the rubber pads.

Timing belt and water pump at 90 or 100k. But newer cars come with timing chains. 

Replace serpentine belt around 100k. This belt connects all accessories like AC, alternator, etc.

Oil change every 5k. Every cheap arse car store replaces the oil filter along with the oil. Some new cars recommend oil change every 10k. 

Transmission oil change (plus filter) every  40K after the first 100K.  Car manufacturers don't recommend this. Hyundai recommends to replace after 100K or after 30K if "severe usage".

Spark plugs every 90K or 100k. 

These are normal stuff. You will know ABNORMAL stuff when you own German cars, which keep complaining about this or that sensor. Parts are expensive, labor more expensive, etc.

I did in past its not about time its about condition of car. Yellowstone ki ede car 14-16 hours a day i drove and for 3 days just 3 weeks back. Last 2 months lo i drove close to 7k miles. Every weekend went out except long weekend  and very long drives.
