Client Change - Amendment Help

Hi Guys,

Recent ga i mean in January 2019 i moved to Bayarea(for Client 2) from Arizona(Client 1) and i am with same employer. So for this change employer filed amendment in Jan 2019(after i joined Client 2) which is unfortunately  declined yesterday (as per uscis website status).

We don't know the reason yet, but my employer and lawyer mentioned we will be able to appeal the decision. However, now my concern is lets say my lawyer appealed the decision and during this time can i still work with Client 2 legally or move back to Client 1?

Please let me know the options.

what is the reason for denial ?

was it denied with our RFE ? what was your RFE about

Reason for denial --> Don't know yet, We still didn't received the package from usics

RFE--> Yes it is denied after RFE and  RFE is about Specialty Occupation.

Pending status lo unte ok but okkasari Deny aina tarvaata work cheyoddu anukunta until it is approved.

but you can work at your old client based on your old petition

I94 valid unda? Lekapothe grace period lo untav 90days. Correct me if im wrong

Bay area, i started working with client 2(from Feb-2019) after the Amendment is filed  in Jan-2019.

I dont think you can go back to client 1. you have to go back to employer location in case of amendment rejection.

If you still have job at client 1, submit new amendment and start working at client 1.
