inko amendment file cheyyamanu and then u can work with the client , lekunte u need to go back to previous client which is not an option for u . Appeal ki cost 600 anukunta and for amendment and it is 3rd filing from ur employer it is less than 500

We don't know the reason yet, but my employer and lawyer mentioned we will be able to appeal the decision. However, now my concern is lets say my lawyer appealed the decision and during this time can i still work with Client 2 legally or move back to Client 1?

U can’t eligible to work with client 2 after amendment denial. Have to wait appeal approved.

 

all u have now is to work with client 1 only.

actually in strict terms the day u left client 1 is the day u almost lose i94 validity came with client1.

 

so, u don’t have any status as of now as your client 2 amendment was denied.
