Feeling anxious and terrified again. Edo okaroju pichodni aipotha ilane unte. Feel like I'm good for nothing. No suscidal feelings but feeling worthless. Evaritho matladadham anakuda I'm breaking down. As of now office nundi baitakochi Starbucks lo kurchunna. Just wanted to speak my mind out. Feel like crying and running. But naa chutupakala andaru happy ga kanipistunaru..which is making me feel even more sad looking at my situation. Unable to focus. I guess I should quit and go back to India but to somewhere else other home. Ahhhhh feeling restless and irritated. Denemmmaa jeevitham.

You are having depression, Call your closest friends either in US or India and talk dude....atleast talk to your family back home.

Cut caffeine for a few days. Seriously. Oka one week cut chesi chudu.

what worked for me might not work for u but seriously give it a try

I felt the same way a few years back. I used to resort to other ways that I am not proud off to help with my depression. Read about it and figure out the best way that would work for you. I think being active/exercising is definitely one of the best ways to get endorphins and come out of depression.

Take a. Break from rotuine life... just watch movies eat outside go for hikes Nd rides

5 to 6 years back .... nenu kuda same position... eppudu thalchukuntay navvu vastahdhi ....oka volunteer team lo join ayyanu vallu em pani cheyamana chesey vadini just trash collecting for 3 hours... runs ki volunterring ....  parties ki helping volunterring enka chala unayi ..... but it really helped me move out of depression ... eppudu avi anni thalchukuntay navvu vastahdhi
