I think I'm a caffeine addict

I used to have pretty bad anxiety attacks. 

It was part of post traumatic experience too.

Working out and cutting down caffeine worked for me.

Like I said, you cannot point it out to one reason. I was doing great academically, had a great boyfriend and everything, I just was still depressed. To everyone else, it might seem like my life is perfect, but to me, I was just crying everyday.
