last week Velagapudi lo someone asked for 20k/sq yard but no one ready to sell. Online to Amaravti plots konatam antha senseless thing inka emi undadhu. Naa cousin US lo settled and they bought land in Nuzividu in 2014 when there was rumor about Capital. The guy sold same plot for 3 different people. Without proper info lekunda evado cheppadu ani konnaru.
