I am thinking to apply on My wife name she dont have any vehicle loan except Credit cards . Vehocle loans on my name is that works or in any case both names should be included?

60 days. 2 months bank statements lo funds unte you don't have to submit any additional paperwork even if the funds are borrowed.

agent petuko, as a buyer you will not pay agent, so get a good agent and work with them, they know a lot about the area if you are new.

 

for loans take quotes from all and pick the lowest quoted.
