Few of my friends did the same. 

They were 1000% sure of TDP win like CBN when I asked what if jagan comes.

Most of the locals own a small shack/building in their village near amaravati. These people should be happy, as they are not going to sell their small homes, and they also need to buy a piece of property for their kids (think of california Nimbys, who live in expensive homes, but their kids can't afford homes in california).

 

 The real beneficiaries are those who own acres of land--and these are well-connected locals and non-locals.

Both in TG and AP last 5 years people bought properties even with huge bank loans since property rates were raising atleast double than bank loan interest rates. So it was very easy money to make. 

Now there will be some thinking before anyone will attempt such plans.
