Vellepovali anukunnappudu good terms lo vellipovachu ga? But i get what you are saying. Nato training tesukoni oka FT nanne pikese situation lo i was there too.

Namke vaste cheppandi without too much insight. Motham okeroju cheppandi complicated stuff vadiki em ekkadu ekkindi anipistundi. Dont share docs too. But manager ki em cheppadu. Act smart

Rojuki 30 mins KT meeting schedule cheyi... vadu neetho maataldali ante aa 30 mins ee...tell him i can spend 30 mins only per day... tell your manager you scheduled daily KT meeting voluntarily and dont mention anything else...

 

remaining time dont entertain the new guy..if he comes near you..tell him you are busy...

ma dantlo north PM,  amaeku em telvadu sprint plannings lo em emo questions adguthadi. ela deal cheyalo ardam kadam le veelani.. malla higher management ameku support.. matter enti ante ma edari manager okade tellodu..sptint evadu kanipetado gani every 2 weeks lo oka day antha waste

Manchiga KT ichesi inko job chusko man. I did the same. I sincerely gave good KT, documented all tasks and gave recorded webex sessions and left the project with good terms. 

That same Manager called after few months and asked if I can join back with hike. I joined and working with the same team for the past 5 years. Sincere ga em work chesina it will come back to you now or in the future. Its easy to be sincere rather. Good luck!!!
