snoww Posted July 18, 2019 Report Posted July 18, 2019 జగన్ సర్కార్కు ప్రపంచ బ్యాంక్ భారీ షాక్ 18-07-2019 20:25:05 అమరావతి: ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్లో జగన్ సర్కార్కు ప్రపంచ బ్యాంక్ భారీ షాకిచ్చింది. అమరావతి రాజధాని ప్రాజెక్ట్ నుంచి ప్రపంచబ్యాంక్ తప్పుకుంది. రాజధాని నిర్మాణానికి రూ.2,100 కోట్ల రుణాన్ని నిలిపివేసింది. ఏపీలో జగన్ ప్రభుత్వం ఏర్పడిన తర్వాత ప్రపంచబ్యాంక్ కీలక నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంది. గతంలో అమరావతి రాజధాని నిర్మాణానికి ప్రపంచబ్యాంక్ అండదండలు అందించాలనుకుంది. అయితే అమరావతి నిర్మాణంపై ప్రపంచ బ్యాంక్కు రైతుల పేరిట మెయిల్స్ పంపించారు. ఈ మెయిల్స్ వెనుక వైసీపీ ఉందంటూ అప్పట్లో ప్రపంచబ్యాంక్కు టీడీపీ ఫిర్యాదు చేసింది. దీంతో అమరావతికి వచ్చి రాజధాని నిర్మాణానికి క్లియరెన్స్ ఇచ్చింది. ప్రస్తుతం జగన్ ప్రభుత్వం వైఖరి కారణంగానే ప్రపంచ బ్యాంక్ వెనక్కి తగ్గినట్లుగా తెలుస్తోంది. అలాగే ఆసియా డెవలప్మెంట్ బ్యాంక్ రుణాలపైనా కూడా నీలినీడలు కమ్ముకున్నాయి. రాజధాని నిర్మాణానికి సుమారు రూ.1,400 కోట్లు ఇచ్చేందుకు గతంలో ఆసియా బ్యాంక్ ముందుకొచ్చింది. తాజా పరిణామాలపై ఎలాంటి నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంటుందన్న ఉత్కంఠ నెలకొంది.
