Motel:

Maa oollo oka chinna motel adi kooda hardly it has 15 rooms. vaadu 1M cheppadu.  So franchise ki pothey I think by now you know how much it will cost. Second thing is you have to buy land then construct a motel on your own daaniki kooda min 1M avachu. 

Gas stations. 7/11, Shell and all other,  lots of rules and regulations. lots of competition. I checked with 7-11 new location lo, kinda a busiest location (not super busy though) but anni calculate chesukuntey manaki migiledi 10K. 10k kosam 12 hrs nunchi kastapadam avasarama adedo s/w job chesukuntey elago oka 7-8k easy ga vasthundi ani lite teesukunna. 

Unless you're very very smart like gujju ppl you will not sustain in any business. Saturation time lo diguthunnav wrong though ani naa abhiprayam. Saturation antey motel pakka ne 10 motels competition and gas station pakka ne inko 3-4 gas stations ila vedhi oka 10 motels 5 gas stations unda tam valla evariki business sariga jaragadu.

But, if you are spending around a million, better to go with something like McD, Tacobell, Arbys  etc becau they do the market research part and let you know the right place. They will give u enough training before u start the business and their supple chain is very good, employees entha mandi kavali anedi anni help chestaru.

Gas station lo full saturation undi

Liquor store nice profitable but u have to make sure that  liquor store is near a cross road or signal where there is enough moving traffic.

Open a liquor store near big apartment complex where people can come easily.

Adding to that what these gas station owners do is  form a coalition and change the prices accordingly.

Gas station if you Want to purchase make sure that it is near cross road and not near rail road
