Lead Pega Developer

 

 

·         Sr. Lead, come in and be LSA/CSA level, up to that level

·         On pprc 7.1-.9, need to have a version close to this

·         Responsibilities, code review, guiding other developers

·         Expecting they will be able to catch onto the Maestro app very quickly, very complex

·         Using healthcare and customer framework

·         Soap and rest experience

·         Team has an LSA, he is on the architecture team.  Want someone more experienced with Pega.

·         Needs to be able to lead other developers

·         Not doing app support

 

 

3 Pega Developers.

 

 

·         Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

·         Pega knowledge (including certification): minimum CSSA with 3+ years of experience, CSA with 5+ years of experience

·         4-7 years of experience working on software development projects

·         Strong oral and written communications

·         Familiarity with agile methodologies (i.e. SCRUM)

·         Familiarity with Pega Health Care Frameworks

·         Familiarity with Pega Robotics

·         Familiarity with hosting Pega applications on OpenShift platforms.

·         Development using Pega Express

·         Experience prototyping and performance tuning applications deployed across multiple operating systems, languages and computing platforms
