Practicality, Possibility anetivi kuda vuntayi...These are political decisions which are taken based on the present political strength and scenarios... Jaipal reddy was a supporter of Telangana, big just being a supporter, that doesn’t solve the problem. It needed political solution and mandate and majority also need to be taken into account..
