here's the deal:

if he has been asking you to sign a blanket Non compete agreement or every time there is a mention of client name in the document you signed

point of its hard to convince a judge to make it look like bonded labor, he has to prove that there was a loss to him

if there is any vendor in between, it's hard for him to prove it as he never has a MSA with end client and proving loss of his business is impossible as this is all speculative work

the best bet in this case is not to talk to him, even if you talk to him, record all the conversation

I would this kind of language when i talk to him

1. why are you trying frame a lawsuit on me who is just interested in pursuing a job for living

2. was there are any monetary loss to you as the contract has already ended, how come this is a loss to him, could you please care to explain ani adugu

3. if we want to go by rule book, is he willing to follow the same rules for the entire employment period, which mean he will report any violations done by employer during the timeframe to federal agencies, wait for his response

4. to me it looks like you want to extort money from me which i dont have or nor appropriated by unauthorized means

5. tell him you plan to pursue the legal route as every honest individual would do, if needed he would approach district attorney ??

entire episode ayyaka.. kaka will call you... "tammudu tammudu tika maka digula premante " evado clerk teliyaka mistaked dont worry about notice antaadu.. you say thanks annaya. nuvvu devudivi ani end cheyi

ekkadayina bend ayyavo..20k marchipo + lawyer fees

the world works on mind games..war in always won in the mind first.. learn that

i think nenu cheppinanta scripted undadu.. but you can win on those lines.. it depends on your research
