this would always result in losing the leverage, employer will surely grab more than 80% of his asking amount

If you have signed it, you are bound by the terms. Everything in USA is usually on paper and legal.

Did he tell how much he wants ? It should be in the agreement, if not, he cannot just ask some random amount.. If it is reasonable, pay it or try to compromise. If not leave the job and find another one.

dont just assume, if what you are saying in true..there is whole arbitration industry job less

entire law system in US works in arbitration/litigation, unless a suit goes through court, merits of a case are entirely unique and can be argued, cost factor is the key

one can even make other party pay for the entire legal costs..first lone bayaadi pote aadiki 20k kattali, i would spend 20k on legal costs than those Mofos, atleast i get a lesson on how to fight such buggers again and win

not true

see this for example.. the best they can do is to make you resign.. but the end client will also fight the case then

Worst case it will result in injunction..

without even looking at the non compete agreement, its stupid to negotiate with him, daaniki kante SC ki velli oka daaniki swipe cheyi..

I think agreement for 2 years ye vuntadi anukunta kada mana Desi employer tho ??

TS, mestri company name ey ikkada. Nuvvu malli ee client ki vachi fulltime join ayinattu vadiki ela telisindi. Bonded labor contracts ila inka enduku support chestunnayo laws. Non-compete agreements join ayina enni years daka work avutay. If u r workung for same client from 3 years and then take full time then it should not stop us.

not true, the other party has to prove there was loss to him, courts dont go simply by signatures alone pandi

Is it true? Courts will look after that also?

Short answer is settle for money. 1 year lopu velte you are violating terms.

Ippudochi nene project vetukunna, vaadi only payroll - idanta sollu matter.

Neku vaadiki madhyalo edanna under the cover transaction undi, daaaniki nee daggara SOLID porrf unte - chinna biscuit vesi choodu. Neeku alanti scope leka poyina, bhayam unna, scene leka poyina - lite teesuko.

Usually prime vendor (in case unte) ni slow gaa bariloki dinchutaru. vaadu simple gaa chetulettestaru. Naaku client ki madhyalo ilanti NSA ledu, so naaku OK. Kaani employer ki neeku madhyalo aa NSA unte meeru meeru choosukovali ani.

employer tho beraniki digite - inkoka biscuit veyyi

ee team lo chala positions open actunnayi. nenu interview panel lo unta. emanna kavalante we can consider your candidates.

ledante aa vendor nunchi vache candidates meeda oka kannesi unchuta ani hint ivvu.

you are full time to an employer.. he will support your legal needs and protect you.. i am not sure why you are stressing out by yourself..

that is for issues during your employment with employer not your previous battles.

previous, present, or future.. if you are getting impacted, they will support you. #professionalism #nottalkingabtbodyshops

Bro... Vadu neeku pampindi just notice ye kada... adi picha lite. You don't need to settle or pay lumsum amount to employer... Ye lawyer gadiki 200$ ichi pampamanna pamputaru....

Main point is - vadu legal ga court ki veltada leda annadi... ivi anni, vurike baya pettadaniki. Lite teesko, tension padaku...

1st - go to lawyer and discuss with him, respond to it... don't even talk to your employer... he will smell that you are scared. Go legally, nothing will happened...

Again, it is all your mindset bro...Judge chusina.. maha ante, nee year pay lo oka 10-20% ivvu anna... malli ade 10K avuddi neeku expenses...

My strong suggestion is, don't panic, just fight legally... no need to talk to your employer.

employers notice la ki bayapade rojulu poyayi bhayya.... job kosam enni months chadivi vuntavu, ee legal notices meeda kuda konni hours research chey, neeke ardam avuddi, antha easy em kaadu employer gadiki money teesukovadam nee daggara
