July/Aug lo afternoons bayata thiragadam kastam .. that said after 7 bane untadi .. and houston is 4th largest city and cost of living comparatively very low .. 365 days outdoors spend cheyachu ... chicago lanti cities lo 4months winter ki ekkadiki polem

Cypress or Tomball wud be best option as you would be out of houston traffic

try this address, look for homes in this area, so your commute will be 1 hr and you can live almost in houston

Yes. But buy town house or condo not more than 300k.

 Don’t get mesmerized & but big house & take lot of stress in future

if you are working in college station, then I would suggest Cypress or WoodLands

property taxes around 3%

 

Affordable aa ante .. nuvvu entha pedha illu kontavu ane daani meda depend ayi untadi  ... 2500SFT unde illu konukko bro .. which can be rented out easily in case if you have to move out of houston

Town homes thakuva .. better to buy 2500SFT single family home in a good master planned community .. appudu rents ki kuda easy ga pothadi or okavela ammalanukunna easy avudhi
