It will have catastrophic consequences for the subcontinent. GOIs intentions are clear. They want the territory of J&K by terrorising it’s people. India has failed Kashmir in keeping its promises.

Article 35 A: only JK people are citizens there, and can own land, do business , get govt jobs etc.

Article 370: Any Indian govt rule has to be approved again by JK assembly, except the security and finance related one.

370 was main hinderance in development of valley, and helping Paki intruders in the valley.

it has 3 articles, 1 JK if annexed will be a UT in India, and above mentioned rule and one more.

idi repeal cheyalanna, President of India has to do that, and should be approved by JK assembly. that was the main hinderance.

 

BJP and Amit Shah..took advantage of un-elected govt now in JK. it is under Governors rule from May. so there is no active JK Assembly.

so 370 lepadaniki dini kante manchi chance raadu.... Governor ni confidence lo ki teskoni, vadito JK assembly ***** amodam teskunnaru for abolishing 370.
