Article 35 A: only JK people are citizens there, and can own land, do business , get govt jobs etc.

 Article 370: Any Indian govt rule has to be approved again by JK assembly, except the security and finance related one.

370 was main hinderance in development of valley, and helping Paki intruders in the valley.

The presidential order first gave authority of the Legislative Assembly to the Governor, and then changed the ‘Constituent Assembly’ to mean ‘Legislative Assembly’, which means that the president issued the order upon Governor’s recommendation.
