Not just Tiwari...but most of the MP’s who were opposing, they have no idea what they are talking about...Dayanidhi Maran feels this is okay but did not do the right way, and Tiwari has no idea what he is talking or I was not able to understand the Congress’s party stand on this issue. 

Its been almost a day and still there no clarity on why Congress want to oppose...

Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi...They have not made their stand clear yet...

some cracks seems to be appearing with in Congress as some members seems to be opposing...

Overall, Congress is now a divided house with no proper stand. Ghulam Nabi Azad and loyal friends in Kashmir kosam Congress is taking a big hit in rest of the country politically...

North India la pedda debba Congress ki ie 370 issue, South lo aina they can come over this issue by election time but vunna ie koddi support kuda poinatte
