Delhi antha pollution hyd lo avvadhu anukunta bro, Delhi winters lo due to heavy fog, Punjab, haryana lo villages lo crops burn chestharu, that contributes along with heavy traffic. Hyd will not be a fullfledged capital of india kadha, just "Rashtrapathi Nilayam",  india SC bench, AIMS and few admin buildings.
