actually all other UT's like pondhicheery/Yanam etc edayian develop cheyali ante, funds shud come from center.

where in HYD ni UT cheshe, center need not spend specially funds from their accounts. HYD revneue is good enough to address local issue.

so UT cheyadam valla, hyd revnue wil be used for local issues instead of going into pockets of LK's like KCR/KTR.
