Need a suggestion for one uncle in my team

One uncle in my team is around 40s and he is a good person. He said he is tired of IT and wanted to break the cycle, but he doesnt have any option other than IT.  Naaku business knowledge undhi ani tips aduguthundu. 

I told him max we can only do four types of business in US, 

1) House lu koni rent la ki ivvadam

2) Body shop dandha

3) Gasstation

4) Freelancing 

He said houses rent waste option ani, like some people threaten you they ll go to court that you are forcing them to pay the rents like that. Moreover he said those rents wont pay you off until the loans for them get cleared. 

So inkem business lu cheyyacchu USA lo suggestions plz? retirement dhaka IT cheyyaleru ga ikakda settle aina vallu?

40 ye ga Inka. Better r2i and lead a happy life there if he has more bandhupreeti. Paisala kosam he can do some consulting work.
