What role have they offered? You might get transferred to a different client and they will change salaries based on the city, unless it is a role like a Level 6A, you might just be walking in for a biscuit...If you have never worked in an Indian company in India, you will have great difficulty in acclimatizing to the work environment(politics). A lot of offshore managers and team members will be condescending... Work life balance, nenu US etc dobbav. Year end appraisals, konchem buttering cheyyali nee manager ni...Consider all these points. Agreed but at the end if your current salary way less than 100k go for 120k
