Baa amaravathi Capital most of the state is not happy , it’s not about the region or area it’s more of the hype , the real broker boom that got created , most of the people are not thinking its our capital. Jaggu   asalu capital gurinchi oka mukka mataladaledu aina he won with full majority,  Hopefully they susbside the hype and they make quick decision to continue realistic capital in amaravthi, ipdu gani oka marindo no more capital for Ap

అమరావతి రాజధానిగా అభివృద్ధి చెందుతుంది, ముందే కాస్త భూమి కొనుక్కుంటే పిల్లలకి పనికి వస్తుంది అనే ఆశతో అప్పోసప్పో చేసో, పొదుపు చేసుకున్న డబ్బులతోనో, పియెఫ్ లోన్లు తీసుకునో స్థలాలు కొనుక్కున ప్రతి మధ్యతరగతి జీవికీ విజ్ఞప్తి:

కొద్దికాలం కష్టం భరించయినా సరే నిగ్రహంగా ఉండండి. స్థలాలను అమ్ముకోకండి. దొనకొండకి రాజధాని మార్పు అనే నీలివార్తలన్నీ కావాలని ఒక హైలీ రెస్పెక్టెడ్ సామాజికవర్గం సృష్టిస్తున్నవే. తమవాడు సిఎం అయితే అక్కడే రాజధాని వస్తుంది అనే ఆశతో 2014 ఎన్నికలకు ముందు ఈ సామాజికవర్గంవారు దొనకొండలో వేల ఎకరాలు కొన్నారు. ఐదేళ్ళుగా పెట్టుబడి అక్కడ వృధాగా పడి ఉంది. ఇప్పుడు ఆ భూములకి కృత్రిమంగా రేటు పెంచి, వడ్డీతోసహా పెట్టుబడి ప్లస్ లాభం వచ్చేలా వాటిని జనాలకి అమ్మేసి, ఆ డబ్బులతో అమరావతిలో పడిపోయిన రేట్లకి మీబోటివారి కష్టార్జితాన్ని అప్పనంగా కొల్లగొట్టే కుట్ర ఇది. దీన్ని చాకచక్యంగా, తమచేతికి మట్టి అంటకుండా ఈ కులనాయకులు ఎలా అమలు చేస్తున్నారో గ్రహించండి.   

అమరావతి రాజధానిగా పనికిరాదు, మార్చాలని కాపు, BC మంత్రులతో, కమ్మటి మంత్రితో బహిరంగంగా ప్రకటనలు చేయిస్తున్నారు. కానీ రెడ్డి మంత్రులు, ఎమ్మెల్యేలు అబ్బే అదేం లేదు అని సన్నాయి నొక్కులు నొక్కుతూ ఖండిస్తారు. ముఖ్యమంత్రిగారు అసలు నోరెత్తరు, క్లారిటీ ఇవ్వరు. 

ఒక రెండేళ్ళు ఇలా తమకు కావల్సిన విధంగా దొనకొండ భూములు అమ్మేసుకున్న తర్వాత అమరావతిలో తిరిగి రియల్ ఎస్టేట్ వ్యాపారం మొదలు పెడతారు. రాజధాని ఉన్నా లేకున్నా విజయవాడ-గుంటూరు ప్రాంతంలో భూముల రేట్లెప్పుడూ ఎక్కువగానే ఉంటాయి. ఈ లెక్కన హైలీ రెస్పెక్టెడ్ సామాజికవర్గానికి ఏ విధంగా చూసుకున్నా లాభమే. ఈ కులకుట్రని లోతుగా పరిశీలించి మీ రెక్కలకష్టాన్ని కాపాడుకోండి. ఎట్టి పరిస్థుతుల్లోనూ బెంబేలెత్తిపోయి మీ బిడ్డల సంపదని అమ్ముకోకండి.

As a CM he has a duty to give clarity ...why use Botsa ? ee papam mothham kostha kapulu meedha thoseyyali ani kulala kutra pannuthunnadu..he will take capital to kadapa thats the plan. If he has any guts he needs to face people and tell whats his plan is. Amaravathi as capital has been 5 years its more than enough time for a leader to make up his mind and not act like a coward like this terrifying villagers.
