6:45 wake up hubby, give him tea n snacks

8:00 kids sleep, hubby leaves, I wash clothes 

9:00 online class

7:00 to 7:30 Personal Stuff

7:30 to 8:00 Coffee and Chit Chat

8:00 to 12:00 Office Hours, Class Perp, Work and Occasional Chit Chat

1:00 to 2:30 Class Prep or grading 

2:30 to 3:00 StarBucks and Chit Chat

3:00 to 5:00 Work

6:00 to 10:00 Teach a class and a lab.

Off to home and repeat

Trying to include some exercise. Also I walk to work for about 3 miles round trip.
