People change based on situations , experiences and with exposure. If there is no change why to live at all ? Manishi ki non living thing ki no difference no ? Maturity with age is good as life teaches us so much .

One word that can describe this world: change. That's why there is a whole field dedicated to this: metaphysics of persistence. What persists across one's life? What persists across the life of a company? What persists across the career of an object (say, car)?
