All people giving sarcastic suggestions , you will not understand unless you empathize with him . I am sure he/ she knows all suggestions given here.

@msp_gsp  I know how dperession fuks with life and mindset.   The only suggestion to get out of depression , which worked for me , is try to achieve something for yourself like get PMP cetification, try a diff job , take up activity. you will automatically feel better.

with your first kid , just sit down and explain sitution. Kids are smarter here .. they will figure out something.

Others guys with US citizen kids in H1b Backlog, your kids may not have above problem but please note that they are living like second class citizens because their parents are in constant anxiety of endless h1 extension.  It definitely affects them in their lives.

Orey Erri poo....edhoa frustration loa post pettaanu. nee lanti erri puu lu vuntaarani kaadhu. Naaku antha karma emi pattaledhu. Fyi..I have two master degrees. one was from IIT Madras and other from Top university in USA. I will handle 40 to 50 million project in one of the world best engineering company and manage 100 resources. My son play for high school football and he has lot of achievements in academics. 

Anni musukuni kuchoaa... As someone said lot of filthy jokes H4 EAD ladies and dont have any respect on fellow Indians. Slave mentality and lack of Integrity.  I dont know about this forum much but when I am searching something in google I have accidentally entered into this site and got addicted for past 4 months and I know this blog is managed by lot of kids.
