I don't think any scientist thinks of it as a sacrifice. It's their responsibility, be it a failure, be it a success. I am not blaming them for the failure, it's a learning curve. Not an easy task to accomplish...and From carrying satellite on bullock cart to sending a rover on to the moon, is itself a success...!!!
