First of all understand the problem

 

it went to moon successfully. The orbiter is working like charm

just the rover for communication problems. So NASA 25K crores petti Same Indian ki $200 billing istundi. While same India people will get $20 per hours and does same job. There are some differences for sure. But this is significant for 900 crores

Once someone becomes a citizen why is he or she a foreign worker? There are Indians with a US passport at NASA just like there are Asians, Caucasians and other ethnic groups.

Congratulating and commemorating a fellow nations success doesn't mean they would hire foreign workers from that nation when it comes to issues of national security.
