I tried but didn’t get through. read through the leadership principles and make sure you have a story for each one of those leadership principle and try to answer them in STAR methodology (Situation, Task, Activity, Result) if you pass the first round, the second round which is onsite will be more tougher, they will fly you down to their office and you will have back to back interviews with atleast 6 people, 1 hour each on the same day.
