Of course forests are to be preserved but people are talking as if the whole of forest will be destroyed, it is but a few acres, which will be eventually be re-planted.

1. Eat meat - which causes more loss of forest cover than any mining could

2. Use modern cell phones - which use rape materials and copper which MUST be mined

3. use latest cars - which is made of materials that are mined and processed

4. Live in mansions - which uses Cement, which is mined, uses sand, which is mined, uses steel, which is mined

5. Use Petrol - Which again is mined

6. Use expensive clothes, a lot of it is leather. Leather processing one of the biggest water pollutants.

 

None of these Double faced b@stards will give up any of this But mining uranium in few acres of forest for national security purpose - NO NO, we should not do it

 

But We will eat meat, use phones, use cars, use petrol, live in mansions, wear leather which causes a million times more damage to nature...

Sterlite factory used to produce more than 50% of India's copper, it was forcibly closed by Christian missionaries.  Now we import all that copper from China.

 

Now, if India does not mine uranium, we have to import it - Guess from where and who benefits from these protests.

 

if these movie stars really care about nature, they better stop eating meat, lose their phones, cars, homes and clothes.
