Not at all . What is the ast level ? It is just borderline . Sometimes could be just vague changes in liver or sometimes nothing. Get the labs repeated in 1-2 months. If still elevated , you can get an ultrasound and hepatitis panel for peace of mind . But again 55 is just mild elevation .

They give Hep B vaccinations. Alternatively if you are diagnosed with viral load, you can get antivirals
